Returns / Refund Policy

If a piece arrives damaged or is not the piece you paid for, write to icedvault@yahoo.com with the order number and photos. We will review it.

Refunds, when approved, go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Custom or sized pieces may not be returnable once they have left the vault.
